the end of my ban for drunk driving is coming to an end at the start of august. i am wondering what steps do i have to take to get it back. will i have to resit my driving test, will the court services return my license automatically or will i have to contact them? any advise much appreciated

contact the motor tax office at your local authority.

They have the license you will need to apply for it back and no you do not need to resit your test.

They'll have the licence if you originally handed it into the District Court office.

Once it's stamped the DC office will have forwarded it onto the motor tax office
