I would like to add one rad to the existing rad in living room. ( room is to big for just one rad)
Can I take a feed from the existing rad .

    Thanks for any info.

yes should be ok. just tee of both the flow and return and it should be ok. you may have to balance the radiators so that heat wil equally go to both.

Is the current one a single or double panel? If it's a single you could swap it for a double very easily.

You could add an extra rad, could tap it off the existing rad or off one in another room (if they are back to back).

Yes, agreed with previous posters. The TRV would stay, regulating the both radiators, so there is no need for a second TRV. Just tee-it-off.
    But re-balance the system.
