Mobile broadband in Spain

Hi all, I am off to Spain in a couple of weeks and I was hoping to buy local sim and use my phone as hotspot to access the internet. However, from what I have checked, the offer for pay as you go data is very poor there. They give you a couple of mbs at high speed and then they restrict the speed. Am I missing anything?…

Hi all,
