    Hi All,

Not sure if this is the right place but I thought I would share my experience of Childcare in the Naas area as all too often people share negative experiences, Here is a pat on the back for a job well done. And for those of you that dont know any child between the ages of 3.5 and 4.5 are entited to free education from 9.30 to 12.30 so for those looking to get back to part time employment or a break Pipers Hill Montessori would be worth a look.

Having gone to view many Montessories in Naas and Clane for our 3 year old while viewing we had two concerns, one, Most (Montessori's) were all specialising in Childcare and although many offered Montessori Education, upon inspection they were pure childcare/playschools and did not infact teach proper Montessori practice ,two, class sizes and price most Childcare facilities had 50 plus children and charged 120 per week for a mornings.

We stumbeled upon a new Montessori located in the new Pipers Hill Schools, we chose this for two reasons, one, price they were approx 100 per month cheaper and two, class size as purpose built classroom with only a handful of children to a qualified teacher who is wonderful.

Our daughter loves Pipers Hill Montessori so much that we have decided not to send her to primary school this year but to keep her on for another year in Montessori Eduation, she has come on so much in the last six months we feel she may be better suited to Montessori Education and wish this option was here as an alternative to Primary Education.

There really is something to be said for small class sizes, best of all this year she is FREE as she qualifies under the ECCE Scheme.(The Government did something right) shocked.gifcool.gif

Thank you for a job well done, we highly recommend the service provider and the facility. They are a small school and dont yet have a dedicated website but if anyone requires their contact details call <snip>
