    Hello everybody,

Would like to discuss one situation with yous.
What you think what sort of recourse does someone have if they were working in security, were braking the fight and reckless or intention had cause serious harm to a person by punch. If person was aggressive and fighting with other people and security guards were just braking the fight and defending other people from him.
I know that its section 4 or 3 non-fatal against person causing harm or serious harm act 1997.
But what you think what would be the consequences in the case?

Waiting for serious reply and discussion.
    Thank you.

The force they use must be proportional to the threat they perceive and they must believe it necessary to protect themselves or another.
