Would he? IMO I don't think he would. He wasn't great a few years ago and lost his place on the team (when Tipp weren't going as well as they are now). Maybe it could be between him and John O'Brien/Seamus Callanan. I don't know, that's just my opinion. I wouldn't think that he'd suit the style of play that Tipp are playing as he seems to just stand at the edge of the square with very little movement off the ball.

Yes, but it would change Tipps style considerably.

Nope, he's not good enough, simple as that.

No, Tipp have the strongest forward line in the country with lads that can all win their own ball. Dublin don't and that's why Keaney and O'Dwyer are such important players.

No. It's very hard to see any forward try and make their way into the current lineup. It's brimming with good players and talented individuals. It's a unit that has game-winning cohesion and chemistry. I doubt O' Dwyer would have a chance.

Ryan wouldnt make the starting line up but based on this year he has made an unbelievable improvement and would definately get a place on the panel i feel. Also worth noting he is versatile. His discipline leaves alot to be desired though. Bonnar runs himself into the ground and ROD might be a good man to come on for him alright for the last 10 or 15 as both win alot of dirty ball.

If there was a 4th option for 'Would make panel' id vote.

This, really. Tipp's forwards are too good.

O'Dwyer wouldn't start for Tipp, but if he was playing like this for Tipp then he might be used as an impact sub.

I wouldn't see him starting though - the 6 forwards Tipp have at the moment know exactly where each of them are play and where they should be when the ball is hit in. O'Dwyer does not have as much mobility in that regards.

I don't think so. He's not good enough and I think the argument for his place on the panel is even a 50/50 call at best. I don't think he would. I wouldn't know who to bring him on for.

He's not well disciplined and doesn't work hard enough to win back the ball. He just doesn't suit our style of play at all. I'd describe him as very Anti-Tipperary style in the way he plays.

Personally I wouldn't want him on the panel. He's a good player for Dublin though. Will be interesting to see how he does on the 14th.

was discussing this down the pub with all my tipperary neighbours and they all said "No" and then proceeded to say how rubbish he was, couldnt lift a ball, proabably good for cathing the ball but thats about it.

This morning I keep getting told that the tipp man won the game for ya. If they are so proud of him why not take him back. Does my head in sometimes...

He is a great hurler for the dirty ball stuff on the half forward line, he is physical, and dublin were lacking that till this year, and he has the faster skills and speed of thought that hurling in tipp from underage to adult gives you. So, he is an asset to dublin, and I am sure he would get onto the panel for tipp, but not be used much.

I can also see him getting the treatment in the Tipp match he will be marked so closely he will think he is back playing for them the tipp jersey will so almost stuck to him.

He has improved a lot to be fair. It is a very difficult question to answer, his second goal today was top class.

The only time I saw him play for Tipp was in the league qtr final in 2007 when he pulled a stroke on one of our players and didnt do much else.
