Recommend a Salon/Hairdresser to fix hair

    Hi,

I have bleached hair and the condition of it isn't too bad but some parts are quite damaged and will need to be cut off. I haven't had my hair cut in a long time, and because of split ends it's unable to grow. I've also tried to do my hair by myself which was a bad idea because it led to more damage.

Anyway, I haven't dyed it in over two months now and I need the roots done badly. I'm looking to get a full head of highlights and lowlights done to improve my colour and I also have to get a cut, but I was just wondering could anyone recommend a really good hairdresser who will be able to deal with my situation. I've had so many bad experiences with hairdressers which is why I tried to do it myself, but failed :( and made a mess of it!

I was thinking that Toni and Guy might be the best choice, but I would really appreciate any advice from people who have been in my situation! :)

    Sorry about rant :o

This isnt true, split ends equals old hair and has no influence on the growth of new hair. Its hard to let go of it because it takes so long to grow but if its "split" it needs to go, end of. Hair needs to be managed literally from root (new growth) to tip (managed growth).
