    Hey all,

I was just wondering is it possible to make a short term transfer of benefits abroad?

I have tried desperately for work here and well there isn't anything there. My girlfriend is the same and well we are going bored out of our heads sitting around and well at 23 years of age just feel it a waste waiting so have decided we will try the UK for work in London.

Obviously we won't stay over there if we don't find work but was just wondering if we go over for 2/3 weeks and try for work is it possible to still claim our benefits?

Also I know it a bit off the State Benefit topic but does anyone know the best places or ways to find jobs in London?

Cheers for that and well while I do understand it slightly it is still confsing.
How do I recieve the payment and I'm on JSB so that is ok but if you are on JSA (as the girlfriend is) does that mean so that when she goes that basically you have no income or support until you get a job?
