    Hey!
Off on our first summer hol together really soon, but having trouble finding clothes for himself..his usual everyday attire is skinny jeans a tshirt, and going on its skinny jeans and a shirt...

We have shorts and tshirts for the day, but going out for dinner we have heard is tricky because you have to wear long trousers ... he is not a 'slacks' guy and no way is he wearing those chinos (much like my Dad!)...what can he get away with? Links will be appreciated:)

Good few at Topman! Can be expensive though, so if you or anyone has a student card you get 15% off, as far as I remember. Could be 10, pretty sure it's 15.

For the love of God just please don't wear a GAA/Football jersey or socks with sandals or get sunburnt. Stick to those three rules and you'll be better dressed than most other Irish man away this year.

I went backpacking for a year and I swear to God you could spot the Irish guy a mile away by how badly he was dressed. Irish girls - OK. But Irish guys, don't get me started.

H&M also have some cheap and fairly good quality summer clothes too.

He needs thin cotton trousers, cut somewhere between jeans and chinos. Should cost €20-€30. Try H&M or Zara.

Zara is doing a great sale/clearout of it's summer stock. I was in yesterday in the Blanchardstown branch and they had loads of really stylish slim fit trousers/chinos/jeans style pants of every colour imagineable including linen trousers in light colours that would be great/dressy for warm climates. I picked up a pair for 14.99. Some were as low as 9.99. Try and get him in before the sales end/stock goes.
