I am sick & tired of people saying that aren't safe, too dirty, BLAH BLAH, etc. I would like for them to be made legal as pets.

I have a back outside my house that would be perfect for one. Instead the fools in government don't want it to happen.

Watch the episode of the Simpsons entitled Bart Gets an Elephant.

The forefront parable of our times concerning individuals who foolishly procure pets that are likely to kill someone.

    Also: Grizzly Man.

I think dangerous animals who eat the people who keep them in captivity should be allowed do so without fear of being put down afterwards.

Sure the law will be against you and your bear and youll get done for one count of being a bear and one count of being an accessory to being a bear.

What's the point in having a pet who just wants to eat you
in America folks have lions, tigers etc crazy pets
venomous snakes and spiders belong in the jungle ... teddy bears belong in a house not a real bear

Isn't there a guy in Kildare with a pack of wolves, just as cool imo. One of my neighbors has a herd of deer and another has ostriches and llamas. I have 120 cattle who would kick the **** out of them though so I win.

Of course you are allowed have them.

They are usually stuffed and called "teddy bears". :p

Not a bear in sight. The Bear Patrol must be working like a charm.

And my wolf pack... it grew by one.
So there... there were two of us in the wolf pack... I was alone first in the pack, and then Doug joined in later.
And six months ago, when Doug introduced me to you guys, I thought, "Wait a second, could it be?"
And now I know for sure, I just added two more guys to my wolf pack.
Four of us wolves, running around the desert together, in Kildare, looking for strippers and cocaine.

Yes, the bear Patrol is working very good ATM. Every officer get €65,000 per annum and their wife/son/sister-in-law get €40K to advise them on how to do their job.

    That's specious reasoning.
