Tray for Cheesecake

I made my first cheesecake last week and I was very chuffed with myself afterwards. The only problem was that, due to the nature of the tray, it had to remain in the tray until it was consumed.

What manner of tray should I use in order to present it as it is in a restaurant? Presumably the sides can be removed after it has been baked and refrigerated?

Can anyone tell me what such a tray is called and , most importantly, where I might get one?

    Thanks, in advance.
