Superquinn Receiver appointed

I see Directors of Superquinn are seeking to have an Examiner appointed. My understanding is that if 3 days have elapsed since the appointment of a Receiver then a Court cannot consider the application. I reckon 3 days has elapsed so maybe the validity of the Receiver may be a route that will be taken to overcome the time…
