I'm looking to get two medicine balls to add to my training program

3kg and 5kg

Where is best place to get them? shops or online
Want ones with rubber textured surface

I heard that they were used ages and ages ago to exercise so that people would not get injuries and also to build weak muscles i.e. acting as a 'medicine' for good health against injuries.

Not sure if its it true though so don't quote me on it.
