And you all criticise the church for banning condoms eh?

cause its easier to feck it out the window when you're finished with it than transport it to a bin and possibly pay to have it emptied

Seriously though surburban streets could do with a few waste bins maybe I dunno.

When we were young we used to at least hide our rubbish in a hedge, out of sight out of mind and all that.

Laziness, bad habit, and general anti social not giving a **** behaviour.
Some people are probably not even conscious they do it.

Combination of laziness and just not being very smart really.

then the people living there will fill them up and the council will make no money off bin collection

just imagine every mammy after the tesco's finest packets have been opened for the dinner sending their 6 y/o out to the bin to dump them

I hear your moral outrage and all that, but used condoms? I mean what are you gonna do "Oh I'll just stick that in me pocket now.. got any fags love?"

The world is full of such lazy, inconsiderate pr***s, you should try to get used to it and not let it upset you. ;)

More litter warden patrols needed! Used to be a fella around our town that used to collect evidence with a digital camera, taking pictures of fag butts. :)

if I walk down a street that has a lot of litter on it them i'm inclined to add to the pile

Eh, if someone is being paid to pick up litter in this area they're getting money for nothing. Your post also smacks of a broken window fallacy.

A lot of them seem like they've come from a litter.
Or is that an insult to curs and bitches?

Its the way you were brought up for sure. If you litter, you and your parents are ****, simple as.

The thing is you walk down busy littered street with loads of people and you'll notice the litter but become indifferent to it ,like it's part of the everyday scenery but then you walk down a nice clean boulavard with no litter in sight until some clown drops a bit .Then you really notice it more :(

This has always been one of my chiefest pet hates, too. What's even worse, is when you go off into the countryside, and you can see where people have bagged up dog sh1te, as they're supposed to. But, then, winged it up into fúcking trees! What kind of fúcking idiot does that? Rant over.

just dirty feckers. My 2 yr would throw a wrapper on the floor without a second thought, but we are teaching him that it's not nice to throw anything on ground, it will probably take around year before it sinks in. Maybe litter bugs were never thought this at home ?

Fines for littering are not high enough to act as a deterrent.
Increase on the spot files to €500 with jail time for people who don't pay within 30 days.

I've only known one person ever to get an on the spot fine for littering.
