Hello Everybody,

I am not sure if this is the right forum but here goes anyway.

I have a Parrott CK3100 carkit fitted in my car for the past few years with no problem at all.

In the past few days though, it is "frozen" with the message "Goodbye" on its screen.

It this intuition that its packed up or how do i fix it?

It ran down my car battery last night forcing me to make alternative arrangements for work today.

Any help with this problem would be much appreciated.

Have you checked the wiring in case a wire has been rubbing of something else.

Another thing is have you updated the software lately???

If you can't fix it yourself, you could give a guy called Dave Robinson a call. He installed my CK3100 - he was very reasonably-priced, his work is good, and he does call-outs. 087-6343208.
