yea the hub is an easton brand and the spoke is screwed into the hub and secured at the rim with a nipple as normal---it may be possible to use a longer spoke and get the "hub" end threaded so if anybody has a spoke/s longer than 275mm i may be able to have a thread run on the hub end

You need straigh pull spokes, same as normal spokes but without the J-bend.

there are two diff kinds of straight pull spokes one of which is only threaded at the rim end, mine are threaded at both ends, but, and more to the point ,do you know where i could access these spokes ?

Ive never seen dual end threaded spokes before. I dont know any bike shops with spoke threading machines either, they just order the different lengths. Try weightweenies forums

Rose Bikes sell the widest range of spokes that I've come across online. They list spokes for specific wheels there, and presumably for that reason they don't provide details such as length but you can probably find out what length those spokes are by checking the wheel manufacturers websites and maybe you'll find one that'll do.

Another option is to contact a retailer that sells at least some type(s) of Easton spokes, such as JensonUSA - maybe they can source the particular spoke you are looking for.

Or, and this is probably the best option overall, according to Easton's own FAQ, you can talk to them directly about replacements:
    4. Where can I obtain replacement spokes and other parts?
Straight pull spokes are widely available through bicycle parts distributors. Replacement spokes, rims, and hub parts are available directly from our Customer Service 877-835-6629.
