2 Last Minute Questions: Lights and Roundabouts

    Hey two quick questions:

Can someone just explain the rules for turning right at traffic lights again please? When the light is green I need to proceed to move foward to take ownership of the junction and then wait until a break in the oncoming traffic or someone to let me off. Correct? Also I did a quick search here and saw 'feeder light' mentioned a few times. What is this? I don't think we have any around here but just want to double check.

Also what is the procedure for taking the 3rd exit (at about 2 on the clock) on a roundabout that doesn't have two seperate lanes on the approach. Do I still stay right?
My accompanying driver isn't too sure and felt that the last time I tool the 3rd exit and stayed right I might have been cutting other traffic off.
    Thanks!

Full green light: Get into the junction. Turn out if there is a gap in the traffic or if a filter light ( green arrow pointing where you want to go ) comes on or if the oncomming traffic is stopping as the lights change amber and red.
Effective right turn on roundabouts: On an average one lane roundabout position yourself to th right on the approach and on the roundabout. As you are passing the exit previous to the one you are taking, look left and drift left. Arrive on th new road in standard position.
You can add ' if safe ' to the end of every sentence.
