What next for Nexus?

Nexus has been rubbish for months now anyway, and have completely lost any credibility now that Punk is gone.

Can they continue, or will the whole Nexus thing be brushed aside and forgotten about and the 3 of them continue on?

Personally, I do not think any of them would be any loss, and assume they will be on the "Future Endeavoured" list very soon.

I assume they will just start coming out seperatly and McGuillOtunga will drop the titles soon enough.

I don't think they will give up on Mason Ryan to easily, he has huge muscles and they have protected him quite a bit over the last few months. Otunga is terrible and not the promo king people were saying when he started, howvever he still has a a famous wife and big muscles so I doubt they will let him go just yet.

The other fella is a watered town Teddy JNR which is a tragic thing to say but its true, so he is could be let go I suppose soon enough.

While I hate guys losing jobs I wont miss any if thy were let go.

I actually had to go to the WWE website yesterday to find out who the tag champs were. Had completely forgotten about them.

    Ryan could start leading them?
He wouldn't be able to speak but he could just destroy everyone again.
Or they could just stay in superstars limbo with santino, ryder and masters.

    I think Nexus is over

When was the tag titles defended last? They dont be on SD much

I think Michael McGillicutty (awful name) should repackage himself as Perfect Jnr and use his dad's gimmick maybe have a manager

Dolph Ziggler to be already has that role. The hair, the manager, the cockiness has a Hennig feel to it.

I think Nexus was already on the wane about this time last year. After the first few weeks of the initial angle, the group lost it's momentum.

Maybe have Perfect Jnr on SD

Teddy is on Smackdown, I don't think the show could survive with double blandness like that....:pac:

To be fair, it would be pretty lazy booking if they had Ted Jr and Perfect Jr. Surely these guys should be trying to make their own names rather than hang off their fathers names.

    XD

In all fairness, with the start they had, they could have had that storyline going on for a bit longer... then again we have a much better one now ;)

Id say theyll drop their titles and argue amongst themselves as always happens with factions in WWE, then maybe join again in the future.

Next for the Nexus is future endeavours I'm afraid. Not one of them has showed any sort of potential as a singles wrestler unfortunately, once they drop the tag titles I'd imagine they'll have a break up angle,a match on Raw played out in silence, float around on Superstars for a while and then they'll get canned.

Maybe Ryan will be kept on because he's massive, but no way in hell Otunga and Perfect Jr will.

If Perfect were alive he'd be trying his best to get his son over but he's just beyond bland. Otunga is only a divorce away from being pink slipped. Mason Ryan would want to slim down like Batista did in his last run or he'll get more of these muscle injuries if he stays Huge. Is Harris even down in FCW anymore?

I've never in my life seen something messed up as bad as the nexus, they might aswell put the bullet in it now and end it altogether. Heartbreaking stuff

I think maybe there going to team Ryder & Santino up to rival McGuillOtunga, they had a match on Superstars & when Ryder made that apperance on RAW it was during a McGuillOtunga match. Possibly?

Nexus died when punk took over imo. Now I'm a big punk fan but changing the groups logo and entrance music to match Punk's was the death knell for the group.

Think back, when the nexus debuted in summer 10 they were an unstoppable force who bet down on everybody they saw fit, destroying ringside etc. By January they were kicking the crap out of each other and doing weird initiation tests to appease their new leader who only months previously had been part of that initial beatdown they gave out on their debut.

Nexus died at Summerslam last year.

They did book them badly after Summerslam but there was still something there to salvage imo until Punk took over.

Was it the summer slam PPv that Super Cena beat them all?
Thats when they ended for me.

Terrible booking. Where's the accountablility for rubbish booking like that. Finlay got the boot for insulting the american national anthem but does anything ever happen the creative team for such major F up's.
