I am getting married in November. It will be more a party that a traditional wedding, no best man or bridesmaids, however I am having a flower girl, she is 9. I want to take her in to Dublin for a day out to pick the dress, the only place I know of is Debnhams and the dresses were about 81euro which I though was a bit expensive so has anyone got any other ideas of where to look?

Monsoon are very expensive but they have great sales and you can pick up some fab bargains. TK Maxx is pot luck but well worth a visit. M&S always have gorgeous dresses as do Dunnes particularly winter party dresses coming up to Christmas.

You might still be lucky enough to pick up a communion type dress, I know Debehams had theirs reduced to half price last month.

Try Marks and Spencers, Dunnes Stores - they normally have fab party wear clothes for kids for under 40 euro also Monsoon I believe do a good selection of dresses not sure of the price.

Freckles on Liffey Street (at the side of arnotts) - not sure if they're still there - always have reasonably communion clothes and I'm sure they do party type dresses too.
