Just wondering if the schools like Ptc , ctc wing, oxford etc etc.... scams or are they actually a good way to go about been a professional pilot. Or one better of doing it themselves in there own time .:confused:

None of them are scams, all are perfectly legitimate flying schools who provide excellent training. But they are expensive. Really it's just a question of whether or not you can afford their product.

Occasionally their marketing is misleading, they like to imply to the naive young wannabee pilot that airlines would be queueing to employ them. It's not quite like that.
