Hi all, I'm posting here because I really think I am Bipolar. I have all of the symptoms and it's very hard to deal with. I have been depressed for a while now and my mood changes so much. I haven't been to a doctor yet, and I was wondering which is the best way to find out if I suffer from this? I'm afraid to go to the doctor because I feel I won't be able to explain the way I am properly and he'll just end up putting me on medication I don't need.

If anyone has any advice on this I would really appreciate it.

    Thank you for reading.

    Hi.

As much as I empathise with your situation Im afraid we cannot give diagnosis or any kind of medical advice here.

Make an appointment with your GP and they will be able to arrange a consultation for you with a properly trained physician.

    Good luck.
