Need to get the kids PC a decent *cheap* quiet PSU. E6850,4gb,4870, 1 HD Going to get one from Elara any recomendations on a queit one ?

Cheap usually = bad and elara is not exactly the cheapest place around.
You can get a good one for €70

You could cut back to 400W (with a good PSU), but you're only saving €10.

Another option would be the 550W XFX from amazon for £50. Similar to the antec, nearly as good (both are based on seasonic PSUs).
