Do I defrost breaded chicken before cooking it?

    Hi, could do with some advice! Do I defrost breaded chicken before cooking it? I bought Sweet chilli chicken kievs in dunes Monday, I put them in the fridge, I was gonna have them tonight. Do I defrost them first?

    Only frozen things need to be defrosted, if it has not been in the freezer it doesn't have to be defrosted.

    the likes of kievs and breaded chicken you can cook from frozen

    It has been in the freezer since Monday. I know I said fridge in the OP, but I meant Freezer.
