my girl friend wanna get a new picanto. because of the styles, 7 year warranty and low interest fiance, and also the most important is fit her budget.

but one of dealers rang me with price, which is 12590 euro before the delivery and other cost.

it puts her off a little bit. therefore, she wants to know something about brand new cars.

For the new picanto car price whether it is fixed price in all dealers or not?

she wants to get a little car without causing trouble for at lease 6 to 8 years within 10k budget. and she does not want Used car

    any advise welcome!

    thx

The new picanto is decent for a small car.

    It sure is.

The price should be negotiable. Also check out a Hyundai i10.

If you can buy them nearly new you will still have the balance of the warranty

Any nearly new ones are old model I think, and finance deals are usually for new cars only.

What about the Nissan Pixo if it must be new?

The nissan is nasty, is really a Suzuki, has a horrid engine and has half the warranty.

Agreed but a new car for 10k seems a bit of a tough one

Total cost of finance is the key here.

One thing to bear in mind is that the 7 year warranty may require all servicing to be done at Kia main dealers to keep the full 7 years.

she does not want to get a powerful car, even though it is good to have one.
there are so many factors need to take into account, such as fuel cost, tax, maintains and so on.

    only daily use...

she does not want to spend more money on car. the budget is fixed.but anyway it is good to know to other options.

just want to know whether the dealer's price is fixed or negotiable. because the current picanto model is only 11k. but the newest mode is 13k.

i think so. otherwise we have to go to bank to get car loan from them, but the interest rate is quite high.

because she wants to get a trouble free cars, there are some nice 2nd car in market with nice price. the budget is fixed, and it is good to have a new car than Used car, because she does not want to take much chance. 7 years warranty is good to her.

loadz of ppls recommend this car, but length of the warranty is quite short, compare to KIA.

it is a tough call, as we do not really have much money in the pocket.

the kia offer very low interest rate, 4.8%, base on the current picanto model. only 410 euro interest need to pay over three years.

wow. i do not really know about it. it can be a big cost.

people who drive dog slow cars like this dont realise that it is sometimes necessary to have a bit more ooomph to actually overtake someone, or avoid accidents.

a 1.25 fiesta would be just as eco friedly as that pico thing. it also looks about as safe as a cardboard box.

a kia ceed is a much better car actually.

    That would be illegal.
