    Keep getting a message which doesn't make any sense to me

    "Only Numbers allowed for BHAA membership number".

    What does this mean? What is the BHAA? What does the phrase "only Numbers allowed for...number" mean?

    Leave this blank. It sounds like your entering a character into the BHAA member box, so if your not a member ignore it.

    Aha. Now it all makes perfect sense.

    Was entering a "n/a" or "--".

    Have entered, so it's all your fault!
