NoGi submission wrestling tournament 7th August

    We will be hosting a NoGi submission wrestling tournament at Evolve in Derry on Sunday 7th Ausust.

    Categories will include


    Teens, Beginners and Advanced
    Under 70,80,90 and Open.


    If you would like to register send a mail to jason@evolvemartialarts.com

    10 pound entrance fee.
