shakes - break away or stay ? wanting to drop lard kg,s keep muscle

    Hey all

    So I have my training and diet in check .. been taking whey protein say 3 times aday . before / after training and a casien before bed
    is it necessary to keep on and maintain a high regular protein diet or to keep on the skakes or do i need a break away ?
    ive seen great gains in muscle since starting the gym .. am looing to drop a few more pounds as the belly could do with loosing some weight so am curious can i keep the muscle ive got and drop weight .. whats my best option keep doing weights and cardio and less food or less shakes same food more cardio? any feedback greatly appricated

    Shakes are food.
    They should be considered any differently.

    it isnt necessary to take shakes but you should keep a high protein diet. just eat chicken breasts and cottage cheese instead of shakes.

    Sorry my bad, misread the reply, its frustrating, short words and simple solution, putting into action is the key,
    shiftwork / diet / sleep patters = head melt, but recharged today and on the wagon. sorry for my ignornance and thanks for the decent feedback, =)
