Went to wimbledon few weeks ago and noticed some hair or lint through the view finder.

Where can I get this cleaned?

It wasnt in the lens as I switched and it was still there. Dont think its on the sensor either as it was showing up on photos when I zoomed in.

Its just very annoying while shooting.

If it's on the sensor then you'll see it on the image, so if you're seeing it on the image then it's probably on the sensor.

It's no biggy, get yourself a blower rocket, use the mirror clean lock-up function, take off the lens and squirt some air in (squirt through the nozzle gently from outside the camera body so you don't slip and scratch the sensor) and then go take some more (probably bald) photos. (bald as in hairless)

What type of camera is it? From your description, I would say the
hair is on the focusing screen. If it is on the bottom (mirror side)
it should be easy to remove using a blower.

I cleaned out the viewfinder and focusing screen on my 5DmkII a few months back. While I was successful, I would not recommend anyone do this themselves. It's a very delicate operation and you definitely need the right tools for the job. I wouldn't even think of doing it myself again, too nerve wracking!

I don't know what type of camera you have. A typical DSLR like my
Canon 500D has the focusing screen above the mirror.

You may be able to shift the hair using a simple squeeze blower.
Of course there is always the possibility that you will move it
from the focus screen to another part of the camera like the
    image sensor.

If the hair is on the opposite (top) side of the screen, you might not
be able to get at it. If this is the case, you may need to remove the
focus screen. In the case of cameras with interchangable screens,
this is quite easy to do. It may be more difficult with some cameras.

In any case, DON'T handle the focus screen or try to clean it
with any kind of solvent cleaner. They are very easy to mark
    and very difficult to clean.
where can i get a rocket blower?

The Giottos Rocker Blower is one particular brand of bulb type blower.
You can get them on eBay or from some camera shops.
    http://www.giottos.com/Rocket-air.htm

The term Rocket Blower is often used to refer to any large
rubber bulb blower, in the same way that many people call
    their vacuum cleaner a Hoover.
