Sky+ recording, BBC and ITV London - any suggestions?

    Hi

    I've a Sky+ HD box for over a year, so its out of contract. My wife is blind, and uses Audio Describe on the BBC and ITV London channels - she accesses these through 'Other Channels'. Because these aren't on the EPG we can't record them, and Audio Describe is only included with the London variations of these channels.

    Does anyone have any suggestions on how we could record these channels? I was thinking of a FreeSat card - it wouldn't be such a big deal to give up the Sky channels - but only recently found out that we wouldn't be able to record.
