Landsdowne Rd as a venue

Hi all, just wondering if anyone has been to Landsdowne Rd (or the Aviva if you must ;)) for anything like a Christmas Party? Looking into booking ours here in work now and it's an option. Wouldn't mind hearing from someone that's been before though... Cheers, John.
