hmmm.... another useless quango desperately trying to justify it's continuing existence and maintain it's workforce.

Why not just fold it back into the DoT where it belongs?

I really do wonder what exactly the people in the DoT do these days, there is a quango for everything transport related now-a-days, what's left to do?
