TRA form questions

hi guys i'm filling out the TRA form , i cant see a address to send it to ( is it possible to apply online??). also i would like to make payment via credit card and it keeps asking me for a customer reference number but i don't have one. im alittle stuck and could do with some help. cheers

Where do I send my application?

You can't apply online, you have to post it off. you fill the PDF in on your computer and print it off. I think the Customer Reference number is when you pay the $300 online you get it, then you attach it to your application so they know you have paid
