Corset bra in Dublin

    I got a lovely dress in Karen millen today.

    I was looking for a good strapless bra to go underneath it. (the bust of the dress is boned and I didn't have a strapless bra with me to try on underneath.) The girl in the store said try the wonderbra with the little hand things in the cups....but that made my bust look flatter than before. I want something to push them together and push them up.

    I tried in Clearys and the girl said try pennys as they usually have some pretty good strapless bras but my searches have been fruitless! :(:(

    Now I do know you can get half corset bras, but I was wondering does anyone know where would do them in Dublin?

    Any help would GREATLY be appreciated! :)

    I find the lingerie section in Debenhams good, just because they've lots of choice of brands, and they might have what you're looking for.:) I know the one in Cork is good, I haven't a clue about Dublin sorry:o But if it's good here it might be better in Dublin!

    I got a great strapless bra in la senza. Does a great job for things like that, maybe check there out.

    Arnotts have some good bras, Passionata are great, I am a 30B and tried on a Passionata bra and it made me look like I had boobs, pushed them together, but didn't push them up, but that was cause of the style of bra I tried on, they have other styles which may suit you.

    The bra I tried on was expensive, around the €50 mark:eek::(

    Oooohhh pretty dress Squeaky!!

    Arnotts would probably be the best bet. Try the Bridal Lingerie section, more expensive, but they will have loads more styles to suit strapless dresses than the regular lingerie. Also would you try those stick on bras? You can get gel filled ones that clip together at the front to create cleavage and they do hold up pretty well on a night out. Debenhams stock them, as does Arnotts and Clerys.
