EU citezen divorces Non EU citezen

    Hi to everyone,

    I have next situation.I am EU citezen and have been working in Ireland since september 2001.In 2oo4 I got married to Non-EU citezen and for the first 2 years he was getting visa every year in imigration to remain in Ireland because he is married to me.2 months after my daughter was born I found out that my husband has been living double life with another woman in his country.And marriage to me was just a luck for him (found 19years old girl,10 years younger and made me believe that I am the love of his life.)
    Anyway,now it's all in the past whats worries me is tha fact that he was still able to abtaine stamp 4 to be able to work in ireland even after we separet.and also how could he get it if to immigration office couple should came together to prove that they are still living as a married couple.But he went there alone and got stamp 4 for 5 years.That was back in 2008.We havent been living as husband and wife since october 2007 and lived separetely from january 2008.In june 2008 I went back to my country together with my daughter where I apply for divorce in august 2008 and finaly got divorced in august 2009.for 1 year I was living in my country.I didn't know then where he was since he wasn't telling me anything.
    And now I found out that he abtained that stamp 4 without my aproval and has been in Ireland for all this years.And also this september he is due to signdeclaration of fidelity to became citezen of Ireland.I am in shock how could it be?I thought stamp 4 becames illegal if couple is separated?Am I wrong?
