Galway Races 2011 waiting staff - Lydon House Catering

    Hi all,
    I had an interview last Monday (11/7) in Galway with Lydon House catering for a waiting staff position at the Galway Races.

    The interview itself was quite brief, just asking about my past waiting/event experience. It seemed like they had called back a large amount of people for interviews:p

    Anyways, they said that they would be in contact sometime this week. I'm just wondering has anyone interviewed and/or heard back from Lydon House catering? Or has anyone worked at the Galway races previously with them?

    i currently work with them started back today..
    but im bar/stores staff so wouldnt really know what the story is with waiting

    i know a few people that worked as waiters there last year and applied again this year but they have yet to hear anything back AFAIK so i'd say give it a few days and they'll have some sort of a reply for ya!

    any1 know what the uniforms are like? hairnets etc..
