Java EE 6 which version is best?

There seem to be 2 different versions of Java EE6 to download. I was wondering which version is better to download? Java EE 6 SDK Update 2 or Java EE 6 Web Profile SDK Update 2? What is the difference between the 2 of them?

The Web Profile includes only those technologies needed by most web application developers, and does not include the enterprise technologies that these developers typically don't need.
