Rights for a refund from Living Social ?

    I booked a photo session in our home with a photographer through Living Social back in May.

    The photography session went ahead as booked & he put our pics in an online gallery for us to pick them (out of about 80). We were to get 2 8x10s in the deal.

    Now it appears the photographer has gone bang as his two sites are gone down & voicemailbox is full & emails are not replied to.

    I'm guessing my contract is with Living Social as I bought the deal off them, but is there anything I can quote so at least I sound as if I know what I'm talking about regarding a refund ?
