Tattoo place at Ilac Centre?

I'm looking to get a new tattoo and someone I was speaking to said that a guy in the Ilac centre specialises in images of faces - which is what I want. However, I can't seem to find out online where this shop is. He said it was in the Ilac although he got his tattoo a few years back.
