Does anyone know off any salons/spas who do the universal contour body wrap or similar wraps in Dublin?

The Buff Day Spa do it on Stephen's Green.

Tbh, it's not that amazing ... you do lose inches but it's not that noticeable. I got it done not expecting anything - I wanted a pampering day so decided to get it done. The only thing I felt good about it was that it leaves your skin feeling really soft afterwards. It's really uncomfortable though - you're wrapped in the bandages for ages and they are tight, it's not fun!

If you're doing it because you think it's gonna alter your shape, make you look slimmer, etc. I wouldn't recommend it. Diet and exercise is how you'll sort out your shape.

Oh and you feel really odd after it as well, I can't explain it - but it's very strange. All the toxins come out of your body because of whatever mud they use, and all that makes you feel a bit weird. Sorry I can't explain it but it wasn't a very nice feeling! The heavier you are, the less weird you will feel after - if you are thin like me then you will feel pretty strange after. Kinda lightheaded maybe is how I'd describe it - had to keep drinking loads of water.
