Hi. Goin unreg for this. Hope I'm posting in the right place.

I've always been a fairly self concious about my mid section and more so in recent months. I've been off the drink for 6 months, gotten a proper Diet and workout schedule done up. I work out at least 5 times a week but I can't shift the weight at all. Had my thyroid checked and it seems okay. I'm getting disheartened by the lack of results.

Recently I have been thinking about and looking into:
Getting a Gartric band or a gastric bypass.

Has anyone her gotten it done or know someone who did. what was you/their experience after getting it done
