The business versions of their desktops have been ok in the past for me.

With consumer grade stuff where the emphasis is on new features it's less predictable with all manufacturers.

The technical manuals for the device are available at
    http://consumersupport.lenovo.com/ie/en/UserGuide/Guide_list.aspx?CategoryID=485953

These indicate that the memory and hard drive are upgradable. The graphics card is MXM 3 format, as used in high end laptops, to fit within the small case, so it's unlikely that you'll upgrade this card at a reasonable price.

as far as oem pc's go lenovo are one of the best quailty brands out there along with msi, acer and asus (unsure if asus makes desktops anymore tho) and usually all-in-one systems are built pretty solid (apart from the cheapo ebay jobs)

The business ones are the ones we use here, in the thousands that i've seen deployed (laptops included), there's been very few hardware failures.

And they've been quite good to come out and repair any that did fail.
