Seems to be good few places that people here us all them time. I've only every had work parking when I commuted to Dublin.

One place I'd never leave it would be OConnell st. You just hear too many bad stories.

Depends on the bike but behind a large lampost inline with the flow of foot traffic and you should not have any problems, at night expect the worse though
