Tapeworms how to detect them?

My flatmate never, really NEVER uses soap, after toilet as well. I tried to explain her that she put my health on risk, but she still doesn't understand that. I really wouldn't care about that, but we share kitchen, and every tool there. It's over a year since she moved in. I noticed after a month, that she didn't have a soap in the bathroom and she didn't even used mine. I had just one conversation with her about this, she lied that she is using it, she said that she is keeping the soap in her room, because she didn't want to make bathroom crowded. The same day she snick out to buy the soap and she put it on the sink, and after 6 months that soap was still full... but she was saying that yes, she is washing her hands...
Lately we had an argument and she said that she is washing... when I proved her that she is lying she began to shout at me, that this is anyway not my business. So for over a year she didn't realised that her lack of hygiene can affect me, and anyone else sharing the apartment. My landlord (i caught him once washing everything in the kitchen..) doesn't live with us, he is lucky to be away for most of the year. Talking to her is pointless.

I began to worry that I could catch something from her. I suspect that she could have bugs or some kind of tapeworms. She is vomiting very often. Once she said that she has weak immunology system, thats why she is sick so often, and than she pointed on her stomach saying that in 2 weeks she is going to have an operation to fix this... yep. I can say that she never was in hospital (I can not understand why she is keep lying).

I was worry about her as well, when she sad that she has problems with her immunology system... (than I mentioned the soap thing.. she began to shout), than I mentioned that she ate spoiled food. Once she decided to defrost the mince meat so she left the meat not in the fridge but on the bread box for 2 days! On the second day that plastic container looked like a balloon and guess what? She mad a spaghetti and of course later she vomited. Guest what she said when I told her that she was sick because she ate that. She said that the meat was FINE! It just her immunology system...

Thanks God that this forum exist and I could spit it all out. If anyone reached the end I have a question, is it possible that I could catch something from her or is it just my imagination? I am really worry. I don't have the symptoms of this bug, but they may not be detected for years. I forgot to say that I wash everything always before I use it in the kitchen.

@Westcoast Thugs I red that already, thanks.
@ray jay yes, but you can always move in to something similar.. you never know.

I wonder what GP will do with me...

@cgarrad I really hope... But tapeworms produce eggs, so if she doesn't wash hand, she can spread them easily. Jesus.

If you wash everything before you use/ eat it then there's pretty much no chance at all that you'll contract something.

A few weeks back a guy in his 80s was telling me when he was a kid and working on the farm that if they ever had to do a no 2 outside and there was chickens around the chickens would be over in a second to pick at it so common were worms in people.
He couldve been pulling my leg but another guy there said thats not the 1st time hes heard of it.
....hope nobodys eating while reading this!
