My feet have recently started getting sore after i run or go for a walk so just wondering what are the best type/make socks to get, my runs would be 10k, walks about 5/6k and i also play astro, dont know if any of that matters

    cheers

Having spent lots of cash on fancy socks over the years - the simplest and most effective solution is tougher feet :)

Id give up on the sock end as well, get nice insoles, some sport ones are really to hard (undless to have hard feet) but you will find some softer and cheeper ones around - even aldi have done some a while ago got a pair and really good, wont last id say longer then a year but still do the job!
