HOW LONG TO RECEIVE MONEY FOR GIVING EVIDENCE IN A CASE

    I was recently in a court case for 6 days and i applied to be paid for a day that i wasn't in work. case ended mid-end of june does anybody roughly how long does it take to here back or receive a cheque off of the courts?

    I once had to take a day off to give evidence. A good year to 14 months later i got a cheque from the court for the expense's. I had completely forgotten about it and had to ring the court to see what it was for.

    cheers, taught it'd be a couple of weeks to a few months (3-4 months) i can look forward to next june- august then ha :)

    The court i was at was naas. Maybe where you were are quicker.
