Septic Tank Advice needed

Hi, any info/advice appreciated - looking to save some money and get myself a second hand envirocare septic tank. Found one which has a "integral pump for a raised percolation area" (I only need a gravity discharge), the pump I guess would be connected to the outlet so if pump turned off would gravity discharge be affected ?? Hope this makes sense, thanks

The pumped outlet would only have a 1.75 inch approx outlet to carry the pumped discharge uphill.
For gravity discharge, you will need the typical 4" discharge.

Additionally, these systems use a pump to aerate the effluent. Some have 2 pumps and some have one pump that does both tasks so you need to consider this also as simply turning off the pump (even with altered pipework) will not be an option.

Best to get some info on the particular system you have.
