hi guys thought it might be nice to have a thread to post on for times when your just delighted with something you've achieved or done and are bursting to share. there is nothing wrong with a bit of self pride it keeps us all motivated. I'll start the ball rolling this week I worked harder than ever before managed to burn 4500 calories through exercise alone in the past 7 days I know to some that might be average but up to jan I was a couch potatoe never into exercise the most I'd stretch to would be an occasional walk. but since jan I've been working hard and suprisingly have kept to it and actually enjoy it. in the past 7 days I have done 2 spinning classes, 1 step aerobics 4 gym sessions mixture of cardio and weights and 3 6 and half k walks feel a million dollars! so of anyone else has something there proud of please share!
