Hi, same prob with address, did you have any joy with email?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 127 ✭✭nicecupotay

No,never got an answer back.I still have the code so might try again

I wonder if there's an answer for this yet? It won't accept my address either. :(

BTW, this is now in a 3 mini cases for €20 deal.

EDIT: I have the fix for this-
On the prompt, just edit the name of your street, nothing else.

I enter my address exactly as below (for example):

    apt x, 5 any st., dublin 5

and click lookup, which results in "sorry no results were returned."

What prompt are you referring to above and how did you edit the name of your street to have it accepted a valid address?

Hi , Did anyone manage to submit an ordr for these? everytime I try it just can't locate my address

Good luck finding a case with the promo code still attached. Every case of this I've seen has been ripped apart...

Still, does mean they end up getting "yellow stickered" regularly! ;)

Placed an order lást week and received my dvd on friday. It does not recognise country addresses for some reason, but just enter a town address from somewhere near to where you live so the county will match up. i.e. Type in church view at the prompt it will bring up a list of all church views in ireland select one and then at the prompt for house number type in your full address and hope for the best. Thats the best solution ive got for you. Hope it works ocj.

I gave up and got them sent to the father in laws address which it recognised. My solution call in the help of friends and family for their address.

Thanks for the help but that didn't work either. I've tried running the page through firefox too. Has anyone got an email address for them and I'll contact them that way?
    Cheers

Got the 3 for 20 in Tesco, but had to have the DVDs sent to my sister in the uk as my Maynooth address was not on the system.

This offer ends the end of the month, I had trouble with four different addresses before I finally figured it out. You need to enter the name of the street, without any house number. So if you live in 42 Bargain Street, Ballymawilly, Sligo, you need to enter "Bargain Street". It then gives you a pull down menu of possible matches. When you select one, it finally prompts for your house number. I stuck in extra info for the postie in that field which it accepted, so it's being sent to

    42 (Ballymawilly),
    Bargain Street,
    Co. Sligo.

Bah, foiled again! And I would have gotten away with it, too, if it weren't for them meddling kids!
