W8BEN form for Irish company

We've earned some dollars from users completing offers on our site, but the US offer provider needs us to complete a W8BEN form. The basic info is straightforward, but we're not sure whether or what we need to fill out in Part II. We also don't yet have a tax number, but perhaps we don't need that. Anyone able to advise…

We've earned some dollars from users completing offers on our site, but the US offer provider needs us to complete a W8BEN form.

The basic info is straightforward, but we're not sure whether or what we need to fill out in Part II. We also don't yet have a tax number, but perhaps we don't need that.
