I'm asking this for a friend who has expressed a need to sit down with a professional and get out some of the things going on in their head. Stress levels, becoming more unable to cope with situations and self esteem and worth slowly draining away.
My friend is currently unemployed and I'm wondering is there anywhere they could attend that would take a donation or possibly for free??

All advice will be greatly appreciated.

Hi OP - this website gives a list of support services in Galway - your friend might find somewhere that can help. I've heard that many places offer counselling now for a donation.
